SG-1, Sam/Orlin|Lantash, during the events of "Summit/Last Stand" Lantash's tank is safely evacuated & he never dies. Several years later when Orlin de-ascends to help Sam Carter develop a vaccine against the Ori virus, he retains his adult form but blends with the Tok'Ra Lantesh to help him maintain the knowledge that would overwhelm a normal human mind.
