There is still something strange going on with #14. It has "& 014." in the middle of the prompt for some reason: "SG1, any, when SG-1 met Garshaw for the 1st time she told them that the Tok'Ra had operatives on Apophis' ships that died when SG-1 & 014. Bra'tac blew up two of his Hat'aks in the episode "The Serpent's Lair"."
